Editorial policy

How How to Astral Project distinguishes first-hand experience, evidence, interpretation and open questions.

Four kinds of statement, kept separate.

01 · First-hand

What I experienced

Personal reports are valuable primary material, but they are not presented as universal proof.

02 · Reported

What others describe

Patterns across testimony are treated as questions worth investigating, with sources and context where possible.

03 · Established

What research supports

Scientific statements are linked to primary research or strong reviews, and their limits are stated plainly.

04 · Hypothesis

What might explain it

Spiritual, neurological and philosophical interpretations remain labelled as interpretations.

Corrections and meaningful updates

Articles show publication and update dates. Substantive changes to evidence, safety advice or conclusions are recorded as editorial updates rather than silently rewritten.

Health and safety

This site is educational and experiential, not medical advice. Claims about sleep, mental health or neurological conditions are handled conservatively and should never replace advice from a qualified professional who knows the individual.
