How How to Astral Project handles personal information.

The short version

The site collects only the information you choose to submit through the practical-notes signup and the questions and coaching form. It does not currently offer public accounts, comments, advertising or audience profiling.

Practical-notes signup

The signup records your email address, consent and the page where you joined. This information is used to send practical astral projection methods, troubleshooting guidance, research notes and occasional updates about relevant books, workshops or services. You can unsubscribe from future emails at any time.

Questions and coaching enquiries

The enquiry form records your name, email address, reason for contacting the site, optional experience level, message and consent. These details are used to read and respond to your enquiry, understand recurring reader questions and manage expressions of interest in future coaching or workshops.

Where submissions are stored

Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Netlify may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details and timestamps for security, reliability and spam prevention.

Retention and your choices

Information will be kept only while it remains useful for the purpose you supplied it. You can use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information. Newsletter consent does not give permission to use your details for unrelated purposes.
